Shipping & Delivery

Where we ship: We currently ship to all addresses in the United States, including PO boxes.

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a tracking link the moment it ships.

Delivery time: Standard delivery typically takes 7–15 business days. Most orders arrive sooner, but we'd rather promise honestly than surprise you.

Shipping cost: Standard shipping is $4.95. Orders over $40 ship free.

Tracking: Every order is tracked. Your tracking link arrives by email and updates as your package moves. If tracking hasn't updated for more than 5 business days, email us — we'll look into it right away.

Lost or delayed packages: If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, contact us at support@stepserene.com and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. You'll never be left chasing a missing package alone.

Address changes: Need to fix a shipping address? Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll update it. After that, orders may already be processed — but reach out anyway and we'll do our best.
